Sunday 7.8.2011 - Final day

Two races - SUI 13790 Urs Wyler secured their victory, Lauri Hemming clearly in second position and Niko Lappalainen continued good racing taking the 3rd position.

Saturday 6.8.2011 - Day 3

Rainy day, varying winds from S 4-8m/s with some gusts due to thunder clouds . SUI 13790 Urs Wyler secured the leading position by winning the races 6 and 8 and scoring 2 in race 7. FIN 15369 Lauri Hemming in clear 2nd position by winning the race 7.

There is very tight competition for the overall 3rd position, where Niko Lappalainen, Kimmo Aromaa and Pyry Aalto all have good chances as they are only 6 points apart and all having rather similar discards.

The Sundays races will define the winners. Sunny day and S-SW 5 m/s expected.

Friday 5.8.2011 - Day 2

Three race were sailed in perfect SW 5 m/s wind in warm sun shine.

FIN 15369 Lauri Hemming climbed to leading position after the first two races of the day, races 3 and 4., as the SUI 13790 took their possible future discard and finished as 13th. The both first races were won by FIN 14958 skippered by Kimmo Aromaa.

FIN 15369 was however beaten in the last race, race 6, where  SUI 13790 Urs Wyler scored 1 taking back the lead. Both leading boats are now within one point from each other, and the regatta is getting really exciting.

Good luck for all teams for tomorrows races! Tomorrow we shall have the discard applied after the Race 6.

Thursday 4.8.2011 - Day 1

First day of racing. Two (2) starts were made in the late afternoon. Wind was steady W 5m/s and sun was shining. The SUI 13790 - Urs Wyler in the helm -  team took a clear lead in the series, by winning the race 1 and scoring 2 in the race 2.
